Terms of Service

By engaging Restaurant Marketing Asia for services, you agree to the following terms. All retainer agreements require a 3-month minimum commitment. After the minimum term, either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.

Services

Services are as described in your signed proposal or retainer agreement. All work product created during your engagement is owned by you upon full payment.

Payment

Retainer fees are invoiced monthly in advance. Ad spend is invoiced monthly in arrears at cost. All fees are in Thai Baht unless otherwise agreed in writing.
