Questions about our pricing

Is ad spend included in the retainer?
No — ad spend is billed separately at cost with full transparency. The Growth package includes management of up to ฿20,000/month in spend; above that we charge a 10% management fee on incremental spend. Premium packages include management of unlimited spend.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time with the new rate taking effect the following month. Downgrades require 30 days’ notice and take effect after the current month completes.
Do you offer project-based pricing for one-off work?
Yes — photography shoots, menu design, grand opening packages, and individual influencer campaigns are all available on a project basis. Contact us for a custom quote. Project work is independent of retainer packages and can be combined with them.
Do you work with restaurants that have multiple branches?
Yes, and it’s something we specialise in. Multi-branch pricing is available — typically we apply a per-branch rate on top of a base management fee. For groups with 5+ branches, we build a fully custom proposal. Contact us to discuss.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿). We invoice in THB and can also invoice in USD or SGD for international clients at the prevailing rate.
How quickly do you onboard a new client?
After signing and initial payment, we onboard within 5 business days. This includes an intake session, brand and tone-of-voice review, platform access setup, and a 30-day content calendar. First content goes live within 10 business days.
